Tai Situ Rinpoche on 'How to Begin the Day'

Here is a wonderful new video clip of Situ Rinpoche teaching from the woods near his monastery in India. He is one of HH Karmapa's main teachers. On this occassion he offered advice on how to begin the day. He also expresses what i think is quite a radical view about what it means to be a Buddhist.

Also, just in case you haven't seen this gloriously uplifting clip, please enjoy Situ Rinpoche's 40-second-long heart advice entitled 'Be Happy'.
